the world behind

A couple months ago my dad finally hooked up the washer and dryer in my downstairs apartment.   In order to do that, he had to cut out a hole in the wall for the dryer vent.  The hole led to the utility room adjoining the wood shop Waltz is always trying to escape into, so of course he had to investigate.  It amused me.

Waltz sticking his head through the hole. This is what it looked like from inside. He’s all headless.

From behind the wall. It’s a strange world he’s never seen before.

He could have fit through if he’d tried, but this is as far as he went.

After his little investigation, the hole held no more interest and my dad and husband were able to get everything all fixed up without any help from the little fuzzy one.
